Another Police-State, Totalitarian “Notch” for the Shadow Government – The Power to Assassinate American Citizens Abroad is Seized In Plain View

The individual’s right to freely question and freely dissent is already becoming endangered as it is. 9/11 “Truthers” and “Birthers” are increasingly vilified and painted as “dangerous” by mainstream media and the talking-head puppets of the CIA and Pentagon. Now, with the CIA incrementally showing its hand, the “Shadow Government” has fundamentally asserted a constitutionally-prohibited power, and has done so “in-your-face” to our congressional representatives. This has opened the door for further deconstruction of our Republic by encouraging the construction of a pretext of conscientious, questioning, peace-loving American citizens potentially being regarded as dangerous extremists. Obama Persuades the Supreme Court to Allow Torture and Slavery

After hearing passionate arguments from the Obama Administration, the Supreme Court acquiesced to the president’s fervent request and, in a one-line ruling, let stand a lower court decision that declared torture an ordinary, expected consequence of military detention, while introducing a shocking new precedent for all future courts to follow: anyone who is arbitrarily declared a “suspected enemy combatant” by the president or his designated minions is no longer a “person.” They will simply cease to exist as a legal entity. They will have no inherent rights, no human rights, no legal standing whatsoever — save whatever modicum of process the government arbitrarily deigns to grant them from time to time, with its ever-shifting tribunals and show trials. Fed Sued for Supporting Sharia Law in AIG Bailout

In his well-written and detailed analysis issued yesterday, Judge Zatkoff denied the request by the Obama administration’s Department of Justice to dismiss the lawsuit [brought by the Thomas More Law Center]. The request was filed on behalf of Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and the Federal Reserve Board – the named defendants in the case. In his ruling, the judge held that the lawsuit sufficiently alleged a federal constitutional challenge to the use of taxpayer money to fund AIG’s Islamic religious activities. Continue reading

WeThePeople Foundation Files Capstone Petition for Redress

I truly believe that this most recent court filing by Bob Schulz of “WeThePeople Foundation” captures the soul of the ultimate grievance that the American people have with the Federal government. Decency and civility demands that the voice of the People not only be heard but also command Redress.

The time of great public awakening and discourse is approaching, and the Federal government, along with the banking elite pulling its strings, know it. We can expect a further acceleration of attempts to ecclipse and distract from the truth of the decades of violations by the Federal government of the U.S. Constitution on behalf of an agenda about which the American people have been kept in the dark like sheep being led to the slaughterhouse. When all is said and done, truly will the mainstream media be soundly indited by an outraged public, while the refusal by those complicit in the deliberate assault upon the Constitutional Republic of the United States to voluntarily submit to justice can only tear at the underlying fabric of civilization: good will among men. Arizona Police are (have been?) assaulting the people and the U.S. Constitution

Arizona checkpoint police violate Steven Anderson’s 4th amendment right to be secure from unwarranted search and then compound this violation by brutally assaulting and tazing him. No illegal activity could be cited as reason for original suspicion. Officers had claimed their dog had detected something, but then refused a request from officials to bring the dog back to repeat the detection. Then the assault ensued. Do we accept a Police State or stand firm for the intent of the crafters of the U.S. Constitution? Continue reading

Obama Administration accused of Chicago-style browbeating

Tom Lauria goes to bat for constitutional contractual and property rights and against the Obama Administration effort to impose its will judicially in the area of corporate bankruptcy, accusing the White House of threatening one of his clients with the destruction of its reputation by utilizing “the full force of the White House press corps.” Continue reading
